The right candidate will be proactive, communicative, and comfortable working with agents, clients, title companies, and lenders.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing</li><li>Ensure all documents are completed, signed, and submitted on time</li><li>Coordinate with agents, clients, title companies, and lenders</li><li>Track key dates and deadlines throughout the transaction process</li><li>Maintain organized transaction files and records</li><li>Assist with preparing contracts, disclosures, and closing documents</li><li>Provide updates to all parties involved in the transaction</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience as a transaction coordinator, real estate assistant, or in real estate administration</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Excellent communication and follow-up skills</li><li>Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple transactions at once</li><li>Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and real estate transaction software</li><li>Ability to work independently and stay proactive</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:We are looking for someone reliable, organized, and experienced in keeping real estate transactions moving efficiently from start to finish.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy managing the details that keep deals on track, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Pay: $20.00 per hourWork Location: Remote
