We are looking for an intern who wants to be on the ground floor of building a company.Full Transparency: We are currently operating out of our home in Minnetonka. We have desks set up in the living room&mdash;there is no water cooler, and there is no corporate reception desk.What we do have is direct access to the founders, an intense learning environment, and a &quot;get things done&quot; entrepreneurial culture. If you are the type of person who wants to learn how a business is built from scratch, this is for you.The RoleYou will serve as our primary &quot;Speed-to-Lead&quot; responder. We utilize advanced automation that identifies when a prospect engages with our content. When they click, you connect.We need you on-site for the first 3 weeks for intensive training and onboarding.How You Get PaidWe believe in rewarding results.<ul><li>The Base: $100 a week stipend.</li><li>The Bonus: You earn $20 for every prospect who shows up to a demo.</li><li>The Workflow:</li><li>Our system detects a warm lead (email open/click) and automatically alerts/calls you.</li><li>You pick up immediately and connect with the prospect.</li><li>You book the demo.</li><li>You follow up to ensure they attend. They show, you get paid.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Rapid Response: Monitor system alerts during working hours and respond to warm leads instantly.</li><li>Appointment Setting: Engage efficiently with prospects to schedule product demonstrations.</li><li>Pipeline Management: Confirm meetings and send reminders to ensure a high &quot;Show Rate.&quot;</li><li>Digital Marketing Support: When not handling leads, assist with executing strategies across social media, email, and SEO.</li><li>Content &amp; Tech: Help optimize landing pages using SEO tools, Google Analytics, and create content using Adobe Creative Suite (if applicable).</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Comfortable with an Entrepreneurial Setup: You are okay working from a home-office environment (Minnetonka) and thrive in a casual, high-energy atmosphere.</li><li>Availability: Must be able to commute to Minnetonka for the first 3 weeks of training (schedule TBD).</li><li>Phone Confidence: You are articulate, friendly, and not afraid to talk to prospects.</li><li>Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn new software (CRM, Marketing Automation).</li><li>Bonus Skills: Experience with Adobe Photoshop, HTML/CSS, or Google Ads is a major plus.</li></ul>Why This Fits You<ul><li>Mentorship: You aren't just a number.
