Your enthusiasm and dedication will help lay a strong foundation for lifelong learning while ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating atmosphere.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional growth.</li><li>Facilitate engaging lessons that incorporate Montessori methods, standardized testing preparation, and early intervention strategies to support diverse learning needs.</li><li>Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management techniques to maintain a respectful and productive environment.</li><li>Provide individualized support for children with special education needs or those requiring additional early intervention services.</li><li>Foster open communication with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to child welfare and development.</li><li>Oversee daily classroom activities, including toddler care routines, lesson planning, and classroom management to promote a structured yet flexible learning space.</li><li>Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and standards for daycare and private school settings while maintaining high-quality childhood development practices.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, childhood development stages, and classroom management techniques.</li><li>Experience in curriculum development across preschool and school-age programs with an emphasis on literacy education and math instruction.</li><li>Proven ability to work effectively with children of various ages, including toddlers and elementary students.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to engage children actively and collaborate with parents and team members.</li><li>Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention programs, and behavior management strategies.</li><li>Competence in lesson planning, tutoring, teaching physical education, and utilizing Montessori methods where appropriate.</li><li>Ability to adapt teaching approaches based on individual student needs while maintaining a nurturing environment that supports child welfare.
