We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support daily clinical laboratory operations. This part-time position has the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and operational needs.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Receive and evaluate specimens for acceptance or rejection</li><li>Accession samples and perform data entry into the laboratory information system</li><li>Label and aliquot specimens according to laboratory protocols</li><li>Process samples for testing (e.g., serum, whole blood)</li><li>Store and manage specimens in designated refrigerators/freezers</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and sample tracking</li><li>Follow laboratory quality standards and regulatory requirements, including Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) and College of American Pathologists (CAP) guidelines</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized laboratory workspace</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Associate or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Biology, or related field preferred</li><li>Prior laboratory experience preferred</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to follow laboratory protocols and regulatory standards</li><li>Ability to become a team player</li></ul>Pay: From $20.00 per hourWork Location: In person
