This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop culinary skills, hospitality attributes, and gain valuable experience in the food industry.Duties<ul><li>Kitchen Assistant Duties</li><li>Assist with basic food prep (portioning, garnishing, simple assembly)</li><li>Help expo with plating and order organization</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of prep areas and kitchen stations</li><li>Wash dishes or assist dish area when needed</li><li>Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth ticket flow</li><li>Server Duties</li><li>Greet and take care of guests in a friendly, professional manner</li><li>Take accurate food and drink orders</li><li>Deliver food promptly and ensure guest satisfaction</li><li>Upsell menu items, specials, and desserts</li><li>Handle payments and maintain clean tables</li><li>Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials</li><li>Floater Duties (Team Support)</li><li>Assist servers by running food and drinks</li><li>Bus and reset tables quickly and efficiently</li><li>Refill drinks and check on guests when needed</li><li>Help maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas</li><li>Support host stand during busy periods (seating, greeting)</li><li>Step in wherever needed to keep service flowing</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong work ethic and team-first attitude</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure</li><li>Willingness to jump in wherever needed</li><li>Positive attitude and good communication skills</li><li>Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly</li><li>Restaurant experience preferred but not required</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding journey in the food industry where your skills make a difference!
