Duties

• Kitchen Assistant Duties
• Assist with basic food prep (portioning, garnishing, simple assembly)
• Help expo with plating and order organization
• Maintain cleanliness of prep areas and kitchen stations
• Wash dishes or assist dish area when needed
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth ticket flow
• Server Duties
• Greet and take care of guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Deliver food promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
• Upsell menu items, specials, and desserts
• Handle payments and maintain clean tables
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials
• Floater Duties (Team Support)
• Assist servers by running food and drinks
• Bus and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Refill drinks and check on guests when needed
• Help maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas
• Support host stand during busy periods (seating, greeting)
• Step in wherever needed to keep service flowing

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly
• Restaurant experience preferred but not required
