Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Facility &amp; Administration Manager to oversee the complete administrative and facility operations across our network of 30&ndash;40+ retail stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of all store locations, managing vendors, ensuring compliance, and maintaining operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage facility operations across all retail store locations, including maintenance, repairs, safety, and cleanliness</li><li>Oversee administrative functions such as procurement, asset management, lease/rental agreements, and compliance documentation</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and service providers (cleaning, security, utility services, AMC contracts, etc.)</li><li>Supervise and guide admin teams at the head office and store level</li><li>Ensure all retail outlets are audit-ready and compliant with safety and operational standards</li><li>Handle store openings, closures, and relocations, including fit-outs and infrastructure setup</li><li>Maintain budgets for facility and admin operations; monitor and control expenses</li><li>Manage transport, courier, stationery, and communication systems for all locations</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of stores to identify and resolve facility issues proactively</li><li>Act as the point of contact for crisis or emergency response at store level</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field</li><li>4&ndash;8 years of experience in facility and administrative management, preferably in retail or multi-location environments</li><li>Proven ability to manage 30&ndash;40+ retail locations effectively</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and facility management systems</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per yearExperience:<ul><li>total work: 4 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Gurugram, Haryana (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
