Facility Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Facility & Administration Manager to oversee the complete administrative and facility operations across our network of 30–40+ retail stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of all store locations, managing vendors, ensuring compliance, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage facility operations across all retail store locations, including maintenance, repairs, safety, and cleanliness
• Oversee administrative functions such as procurement, asset management, lease/rental agreements, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers (cleaning, security, utility services, AMC contracts, etc.)
• Supervise and guide admin teams at the head office and store level
• Ensure all retail outlets are audit-ready and compliant with safety and operational standards
• Handle store openings, closures, and relocations, including fit-outs and infrastructure setup
• Maintain budgets for facility and admin operations; monitor and control expenses
• Manage transport, courier, stationery, and communication systems for all locations
• Conduct regular inspections of stores to identify and resolve facility issues proactively
• Act as the point of contact for crisis or emergency response at store level

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field
• 4–8 years of experience in facility and administrative management, preferably in retail or multi-location environments
• Proven ability to manage 30–40+ retail locations effectively
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and facility management systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
