Admin & Facility Executive – Office & Warehouse


Job Summary:


Responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations and facility management of office and warehouse premises, ensuring smooth functioning, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Administrative Management
  • Oversee office administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow.

  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and procurement of admin materials.

  • Handle petty cash, utility bills, and expense tracking.

  • Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems.

  • Support housekeeping attendance, onboarding logistics for warehouse and office.

2. Facility Management (Office & Warehouse)
  • Ensure maintenance of office and warehouse infrastructure.

  • Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, pest control, repairs, and AMC services.

  • Monitor utilities (electricity, water, internet, generator, etc.).

  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.

  • Conduct regular facility inspections.

3. Warehouse Administrative Support
  • Coordinate with vendors for warehouse documentation and stock records.

  • Maintain gate entry records and visitor logs.

  • Support dispatch and inward/outward documentation process.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and storage standards.

4. Vendor & Compliance Management
  • Manage contracts and renewals of service providers.

  • Ensure statutory compliance related to facility (fire safety, building maintenance, etc.).

  • Coordinate audits related to admin and facility.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration / Management / Commerce or related field.

  • 3–6 years of experience in admin & facility management (office + warehouse preferred).

  • Candidates should be based from Mumbai.

  • Candidates should be available to join with 30 days.
