Responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations and facility management of office and warehouse premises, ensuring smooth functioning, safety, and compliance.
Oversee office administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and procurement of admin materials.
Handle petty cash, utility bills, and expense tracking.
Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems.
Support housekeeping attendance, onboarding logistics for warehouse and office.
Ensure maintenance of office and warehouse infrastructure.
Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, pest control, repairs, and AMC services.
Monitor utilities (electricity, water, internet, generator, etc.).
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
Conduct regular facility inspections.
Coordinate with vendors for warehouse documentation and stock records.
Maintain gate entry records and visitor logs.
Support dispatch and inward/outward documentation process.
Ensure compliance with safety and storage standards.
Manage contracts and renewals of service providers.
Ensure statutory compliance related to facility (fire safety, building maintenance, etc.).
Coordinate audits related to admin and facility.
Bachelor’s degree in Administration / Management / Commerce or related field.
3–6 years of experience in admin & facility management (office + warehouse preferred).
Candidates should be based from Mumbai.
Candidates should be available to join with 30 days.
