Team Leadership &amp; Management<ul><li>Lead, supervise, and support the assigned team to ensure timely and accurate handling of client matters.</li><li>Monitor daily team performance, productivity, and case progress to ensure targets and deadlines are met.</li><li>Provide guidance, coaching, and regular feedback to improve team efficiency and service quality.</li><li>Conduct internal briefings and training to ensure the team is aligned with company processes, legal procedures, and compliance requirements.</li></ul>Client &amp; Operations Management<ul><li>Oversee active client files to ensure proper handling, clear communication, and timely updates.</li><li>Ensure all client documentation, memorandums, applications, and submissions are prepared and processed correctly.</li><li>Identify operational delays or issues and take corrective action to minimize client complaints.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments, government authorities, and external stakeholders when required.</li></ul>Process Improvement &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Develop and implement internal workflows to improve turnaround time and service delivery.</li><li>Ensure all operations comply with UAE laws, regulations, and company policies.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and reporting for all client and operational activities.</li></ul>Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Track team KPIs, case progress, and client satisfaction levels.</li><li>Prepare and submit regular status and performance reports to senior management.</li><li>Analyze recurring issues, client feedback, and workload distribution to support decision-making.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in legal services, corporate services, or a similar professional environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.</li><li>Strong understanding of UAE legal, corporate, or labor-related processes (MOHRE, immigration, courts, etc.).</li><li>Proven ability to manage teams, handle multiple clients, and meet deadlines under pressure.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and client-focused environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,500.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Sales: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Managerial: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Preferred)</li></ul>
