Sales Manager

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, supervise, and support the assigned team to ensure timely and accurate handling of client matters.
  • Monitor daily team performance, productivity, and case progress to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and regular feedback to improve team efficiency and service quality.
  • Conduct internal briefings and training to ensure the team is aligned with company processes, legal procedures, and compliance requirements.

Client & Operations Management

  • Oversee active client files to ensure proper handling, clear communication, and timely updates.
  • Ensure all client documentation, memorandums, applications, and submissions are prepared and processed correctly.
  • Identify operational delays or issues and take corrective action to minimize client complaints.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, government authorities, and external stakeholders when required.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Develop and implement internal workflows to improve turnaround time and service delivery.
  • Ensure all operations comply with UAE laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting for all client and operational activities.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track team KPIs, case progress, and client satisfaction levels.
  • Prepare and submit regular status and performance reports to senior management.
  • Analyze recurring issues, client feedback, and workload distribution to support decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in legal services, corporate services, or a similar professional environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of UAE legal, corporate, or labor-related processes (MOHRE, immigration, courts, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage teams, handle multiple clients, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and client-focused environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Managerial: 1 year (Preferred)
