Job Description
- Manage and expand a portfolio of assigned accounts by building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting activities, including cold calling.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, effectively communicating their value and benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competition, and market conditions to identify new growth opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts for the sales management team.
- Actively participate in sales meetings, training programs, and professional development activities to continuously enhance your sales skills and knowledge, and possession of relevant vendor certification is mandatory for this role.

Experience Requirements:
- 2-3 years in sales, in relevant IT service sales.
- Technology Domain: (Network, Systems, Collaboration, Storage & Backup, Cloud, Database Support Services, etc.)
- Business Services: Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security, Enterprise Data Management, Enterprise Networking, IT Managed Services, Remote Infrastructure Management Services, IT Infrastructure Support Services, End User IT Support Services, IT Asset Management, etc.
