277 Logistics is looking for a motivated and organized CDL Class A Recruiter to join our growing team!If you have experience in the trucking industry and enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you.Compensation● $200 per day● Full-time positionResponsibilities● Recruit and hire qualified CDL Class A drivers● Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels● Conduct phone interviews and pre-screen applicants● Guide drivers through the hiring and onboarding process● Maintain accurate recruiting and driver documentation● Communicate with drivers regarding hiring requirements and company policies● Coordinate with safety, dispatch, and management teams● Assist with general office operations and administrative tasks● Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective driversQualifications● Previous recruiting experience preferred● Experience in the trucking industry is highly preferred● Strong communication and interpersonal skills● Excellent organizational and time management skills● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment● Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, online recruiting platforms)● Ability to work independently and as part of a team● Russian language skills are highly preferred (English required)What We're Looking For● Positive attitude● Strong work ethic● Professional communication skills● Problem-solving mindset● Attention to detail● Ability to build trust with drivers and candidatesIf you're passionate about recruiting and want to grow your career in the transportation industry, we'd love to meet you!Apply today and become part of the 277 Logistics team!Pay: $190.00 - $200.00 per dayWork Location: In person
