Recruiter – Trucking Company (Russian Speaking Preferred)

277 Logistics is looking for a motivated and organized CDL Class A Recruiter to join our growing team!

Compensation

● $200 per day

● Full-time position

Responsibilities

● Recruit and hire qualified CDL Class A drivers

● Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels

● Conduct phone interviews and pre-screen applicants

● Guide drivers through the hiring and onboarding process

● Maintain accurate recruiting and driver documentation

● Communicate with drivers regarding hiring requirements and company policies

● Coordinate with safety, dispatch, and management teams

● Assist with general office operations and administrative tasks

● Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective drivers

Qualifications

● Previous recruiting experience preferred

● Experience in the trucking industry is highly preferred

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Excellent organizational and time management skills

● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

● Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, online recruiting platforms)

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Russian language skills are highly preferred (English required)
