Job Summary
SettledIn Concierge Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Contract Recruiter to help identify, attract, and onboard talented individuals for our growing sales, community outreach, and customer service teams.
This is an independent contractor opportunity ideal for recruiters, staffing professionals, HR professionals, or self-starters who enjoy connecting with people and earning compensation based on results. The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the hiring process for multiple positions across the organization.
This role offers flexibility, remote work opportunities, and uncapped earning potential through a performance-based compensation structure. Successful recruiters will play a key role in helping SettledIn Concierge Services continue its expansion throughout Texas and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, social media platforms, networking groups, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet position requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and candidate assessments.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain consistent communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Track candidate activity and hiring progress using company systems and recruiting tools.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Promote career opportunities through online job boards, social media, and community outreach efforts.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, onboarding requirements, and employment opportunities.
- Assist with onboarding coordination for newly hired team members.
- Develop relationships with local organizations, workforce centers, colleges, and community groups to identify recruiting opportunities.
- Attend virtual or in-person hiring events, networking events, and job fairs as needed.
- Meet recruiting goals and hiring objectives established by the company.
- Provide weekly updates regarding candidate pipelines, interviews scheduled, hires made, and recruiting activities.
- Support recruiting efforts across multiple divisions, including SettledIn Concierge Services, SmartFile Tax Partners, and the insurance division as needed.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance throughout the recruiting process.
Requirements
- Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, sales, or business development experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting virtual interviews.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, or similar recruiting platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with sales recruiting or commission-based positions is preferred.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
