Recruiter - Contract, P.T, Chicago

This is a part-time temporary role for about 3-5 months.

Candidate must have 2-3 years of solid recruiting experience in small organizations, primarily in the non-profit space. This work will range from recruiting clinical health care workers, social workers, to development professionals.

Hours per week will vary, depending upon the recruiting caseload at different points in time. Work will be a combination of virtual and on-site in Chicago.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers on refining job and coordinating candidates

- Complete phone screens and interviews. - Administers pre-employment tests and pre-hire references.

- Enter new hires into system. - Maintain Applicant Flow and compile reports from database as needed.

-Compiles offer letters - Send correspondence in a timely manner.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
