About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support hiring initiatives across Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Digital Health, and Healthcare Technology domains.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing and recruiting high-quality talent for both business and technology roles within the healthcare ecosystem. This is a hands-on recruiting role that requires strong sourcing capabilities, candidate assessment skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.

Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

Technology Consulting

Conduct candidate screening and qualification interviews.

Evaluate candidates against technical, functional, and domain-specific requirements.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance.

Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular status updates to hiring managers.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting on pipeline activity and hiring progress.
Required Qualifications
-
3+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on Healthcare and Life Sciences.

Demonstrated success recruiting for healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare technology organizations.

Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.

Strong understanding of healthcare industry terminology and functional areas.

Ability to assess candidate fit for both technical and business roles.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
