Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented *Recruiting Specialist* to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various departments., including licensed Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in talent acquisition, candidate engagement, and relationship management to support organizational growth and success. The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, utilizing advanced HRIS systems, and fostering positive candidate experiences. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic sourcing abilities, and familiarity with a variety of recruiting tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates through channels such as social media management, campus recruitment, and cold calling.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems to track applicant flow and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Conduct technical recruiting for specialized roles by leveraging industry-specific networks and research methods.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
  • Maintain compliance with employment & labor law regulations during all phases of recruitment and employment contracts.
  • Build strong relationships with internal hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide consultative support on HR sourcing strategies.
  • Support internal recruiting efforts through relationship management and effective communication skills to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruiting across various functions including Pharmaceuticial positions.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, iCIMS, or UltiPro is preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and collaborating with hiring teams.
  • Ability to research market trends and generate leads for talent acquisition efforts.
  • Demonstrated ability in relationship management within HR or staffing environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
