Field Recruiter

This position is based out of our corporate office in Tyler, TX.

The primary function of a Field Recruiter is to ensure that staffing levels are maintained for assigned locations throughout the service region; assist managers to fill existing and future job openings through sourcing efforts, networking, and contacts within the larger healthcare community.

Job Qualifications

Education: Associate's Degree in business administration, human resources, or related subjects. (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Experience: Three years of recruiting experience in the related field preferred.

Skills: Computer skills preferred, excellent interpersonal and organizational skill. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Transportation: Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.

Environmental/Working Conditions: Performs duties either remotely or in an office environment during the Company’s operating hours. Works in a routine office environment; noise level may be moderately high. Must have the ability to work during business hours and occasional extended hours. The ability to travel locally and some exposure to inclement weather.
