If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about automobiles and sales, this position is your perfect match!Responsibilities<ul><li>Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales calls, cold calling, and B2B outreach to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.</li><li>Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features that meet customer needs and preferences.</li><li>Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining high standards of customer service.</li><li>Commission only. 1099 payroll. must be full time up to 60 hours a week available.</li><li>Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and streamline the sales process for maximum efficiency.</li><li>Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, financing options, or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.</li><li>Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds, including multilingual customers.</li><li>Assist in organizing public speaking events or promotional activities to attract new clients and boost dealership visibility.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of automotive products and inventory management. (Preferred But not required)</li><li>Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end sales environments with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM software systems and retail math principles to manage sales pipelines effectively. (training is also availabl)</li><li>Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities in bilingual or multilingual settings.</li><li>Experience in outbound sales strategies such as cold calling and marketing campaigns to generate leads.</li><li>Knowledge of dealership operations including inventory control, automotive finance options, and upselling techniques.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
