Car Salesperson

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales calls, cold calling, and B2B outreach to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features that meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Commission only. 1099 payroll. must be full time up to 60 hours a week available.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and streamline the sales process for maximum efficiency.
  • Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, financing options, or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds, including multilingual customers.
  • Assist in organizing public speaking events or promotional activities to attract new clients and boost dealership visibility.

Experience

  • Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of automotive products and inventory management. (Preferred But not required)
  • Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end sales environments with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM software systems and retail math principles to manage sales pipelines effectively. (training is also availabl)
  • Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities in bilingual or multilingual settings.
  • Experience in outbound sales strategies such as cold calling and marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Knowledge of dealership operations including inventory control, automotive finance options, and upselling techniques.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
