 Completes&nbsp;service&nbsp;duties on all levels.&nbsp;Responsible for repairing and&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;security systems after installation.&nbsp;Evaluates&nbsp;and provides feedback on any&nbsp;current and upcoming&nbsp;service calls, as well as&nbsp;technicians performing all&nbsp;work.&nbsp;Provides&nbsp;on-site directive to team&nbsp;while&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;expected&nbsp;priority levels&nbsp;of&nbsp;projects&nbsp;and&nbsp;assisting&nbsp;on&nbsp;installs. Keeps&nbsp;up to date on emerging technology and&nbsp;assists&nbsp;with&nbsp;selection&nbsp;of&nbsp;new products and manufacturers. Ensures all work assignments are successfully implemented and&nbsp;maintained&nbsp;to company standards to include&nbsp;supporting&nbsp;sales,&nbsp;customer&nbsp;services,&nbsp;technical,&nbsp;equipment,&nbsp;training&nbsp;and&nbsp;orientation to meet or exceed standards and forecasts.&nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 
 Scope of Work:&nbsp;

 Assists&nbsp;the Project&nbsp;and&nbsp;Service&nbsp;Managers&nbsp;with&nbsp;assessing priority and&nbsp;scheduling of work activities&nbsp;and&nbsp;timely&nbsp;delivery of equipment&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Meets with clients to discuss concerns or issues&nbsp;with&nbsp;the performance of the system&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Utilizes diagnostic tools to assess the performance of various&nbsp;components&nbsp;of various systems&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Identifies&nbsp;problems and potential problems,&nbsp;appiles&nbsp;solutions and&nbsp;engages in troubleshooting efforts until a solution is found&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Upgrades and&nbsp;modifies&nbsp;existing installations to improve the performance or stability of the system&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Perform routine and preventative maintenance to catch issues before they become a problem for the end user&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Programs&nbsp;and&nbsp;configures&nbsp;commercial electronic security systems&nbsp;including&nbsp;door access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, low voltage communication, signaling devices,&nbsp;etc.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Reviews&nbsp;all work&nbsp;to ensure the systems are functioning properly and satisfy&nbsp;local&nbsp;code&nbsp;requirements&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Demonstrates&nbsp;the company&nbsp;core values as a highly skilled leader on the&nbsp;technician&nbsp;team&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Manages&nbsp;multiple&nbsp;projects&nbsp;simultaneously within approved hours and margin tolerances&nbsp;

 </ul>

 Completes miscellaneous tasks as assigned by managers and/or supervisors&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Follows all OSHA standards&nbsp;

 Requirements:&nbsp;

 <li>
 
 Ability to be on-call on a rotational basis&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum&nbsp;3&nbsp;years of experience in the low-voltage security industry&nbsp;
 
 &nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Possess the ability to develop and&nbsp;present information to team members and clients&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Possesses advanced&nbsp;troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Must be detail-oriented and&nbsp;highly&nbsp;organized&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Delivers&nbsp;product training to end-users&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Strong&nbsp;proficiency&nbsp;in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and&nbsp;Teams)&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Overnight travel may be&nbsp;required&nbsp;on an as-need basis&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Must be able to work in various&nbsp;environmental conditions&nbsp;

 Must be able to lift 50&nbsp;lbs.&nbsp;

 Must be able to work&nbsp;in confined spaces and on&nbsp;ladders and lifts at various heights&nbsp;&nbsp;
