 We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store customer experience and drive sales through attractive product displays. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in furniture and home d&eacute;cor retail, with a strong sense of aesthetics and current market trends.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>

 Design and implement visually appealing in-store displays for furniture and home d&eacute;cor products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute seasonal and promotional display concepts in line with brand guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange showroom layouts to maximize space utilization and improve customer flow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and product launches.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained across the showroom.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor stock levels and ensure displays are updated regularly with new arrivals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze customer behavior and sales data to improve display effectiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Source props, materials, and accessories to enhance product presentation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Job Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 2&ndash;5 years of experience
 
 in visual merchandising within the
 
 furniture or home d&eacute;cor retail industry
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of space planning, color coordination, and styling techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creative mindset with attention to detail and current design trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication and teamwork skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is an advantage.
 </li>
