Visual Merchandiser

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store customer experience and drive sales through attractive product displays. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in furniture and home décor retail, with a strong sense of aesthetics and current market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement visually appealing in-store displays for furniture and home décor products.
• Develop and execute seasonal and promotional display concepts in line with brand guidelines.
• Arrange showroom layouts to maximize space utilization and improve customer flow.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and product launches.
• Ensure all visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained across the showroom.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure displays are updated regularly with new arrivals.
• Analyze customer behavior and sales data to improve display effectiveness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas.
• Source props, materials, and accessories to enhance product presentation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in visual merchandising within the furniture or home décor retail industry .
• Strong knowledge of space planning, color coordination, and styling techniques.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and current design trends.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is an advantage.
