Quality &amp; Regulatory Compliance<ul><li>Documentation Management: Collecting and maintaining critical safety data sheets (MSDS), Certificates of Analysis (COA), and technical specifications for every batch.</li><li>Regulatory Alignment: Working with the R&amp;D team to ensure all purchased materials meet local and international regulations (like the FDA or EU Cosmetic Regulation).</li><li>Sample Evaluation: Coordinating with Quality Control to test samples before approving bulk orders.</li></ul>3. Financial &amp; Strategic Planning<ul><li>Cost Optimization: Negotiating pricing, payment terms, and lead times.
