Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining or nightclub environments. As a Bartender, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by serving high-quality beverages and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.</li><li>Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.</li><li>Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences.</li><li>Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events or catering services as needed.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the food industry.</li><li>Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory as needed</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations</li><li>Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficient in Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar point-of-sale systems.</li><li>Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.</li><li>Experience in fine dining, nightclub settings, or banquet services is highly desirable.</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.</li><li>Previous experience in food service or the hospitality industry is preferred.</li><li>Previous bartending or serving experience preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and drink preparation</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Must be at least 21 years old (or per local laws)</li><li>TABC certification (or willingness to obtain, if in Texas)</li><li>Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays</li><li>Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus, along with retail math skills for inventory management.
