</p><div><b>Starting Pay for fully trained Bartenders: </b>$4.35 per hour + tips, tipped out nightly.</div><p>
</p><div><b>Schedule:</b> Full &amp; part-time, with an emphasis on weekday nights and weekend availability.</div><p>

</p><div><b>Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Acknowledge bar Guests within 30 seconds of their arrival, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.</li><li>
Serve all bar Guests according to the Beverage Menu, showcasing expert knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other offerings.</li><li>
Accurately and promptly fill cocktail orders for the dining room, ensuring all servers receive their drinks in a timely manner.</li><li>
Follow the Steps of Service meticulously to provide each Guest with consistent, high-quality service.</li><li>
Anticipate Guest needs and provide proactive, seamless service throughout their visit.</li><li>
Engage with Guests to create memorable experiences that reflect 30hop's polished yet energetic atmosphere.</li><li>
Maintain the bar as a central feature of the restaurant, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.</li><li>
Complete opening, running, and closing sidework to ensure the bar area is always ready for service and up to 30hop standards.</li><li>
Process and deliver beverage orders accurately, even when working with servers to fulfill dining room requests.</li><li>
Present and process Guest checks efficiently, ensuring accurate payments and offering friendly, professional farewells.</li><li>
Ensure cleanliness of all bar tools, glassware, and equipment, adhering to health and safety standards.</li><li>

</p><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Must be 21 years of age or older.</li><li>
Prior experience as a bartender is preferred.</li><li>
Extensive knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, with a passion for mixology.</li><li>
Exceptional communication and multitasking skills.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation.</li><li>
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.</li><li>
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul><p>
