30hop is a full-service American restaurant and bar with locations throughout Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. Since opening our first location in Iowa, we've continued to expand across the Midwest with a commitment to exceptional hospitality, great food, and creating opportunities for our team members to grow professionally.

Fully trained Servers earn $7.50 per hour plus tips, with tip-outs paid nightly.

Schedule: Shifts range from 4–8 hours depending on availability. Weekend availability is required, with a strong need for servers who can work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

What You'll Do

Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
Guide guests through menu selections and answer questions about food and beverage offerings
Accurately enter orders and coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams
Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards
Anticipate guest needs and ensure an enjoyable dining experience
Address concerns professionally and help resolve issues quickly
Maintain clean and organized dining areas
Reset tables and assist with side work, stocking, and opening or closing duties
Process guest payments accurately
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Support fellow team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
Previous serving or hospitality experience is preferred but not required
Strong communication and guest service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional attitude and attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus
Must obtain Iowa alcohol server certification (I-PACT) within 30 days of hire.
