About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Sr. Video Editor &amp; Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for creating engaging videos, motion graphics, and visual designs that bring ideas to life for social media, websites, and brand campaigns.NOTE: Only candidates with 2+ years of experience and comfortable with the offered salary should apply.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, and brand campaigns.</li><li>Create motion graphics, animations, and transitions to enhance video storytelling.</li><li>Design static graphics, banners, thumbnails, and marketing creatives.</li><li>Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to develop strong visual concepts.</li><li>Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.</li><li>Manage the team of multiple designers</li><li>Stay updated with the latest design/video trends, tools, and techniques.</li><li>Ensure all creatives align with brand identity and campaign goals.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing and graphic design.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (Figma is a plus).</li><li>Strong understanding of video formats, resolutions, and export settings for different platforms.</li><li>Ability to create engaging short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style videos).</li><li>Creativity in storytelling and attention to detail in design.</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with 3D animation / Blender / Cinema4D.</li><li>Basic photography skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
