Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Executive who can manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of ad strategies, and basic SEO knowledge to support overall campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis
- Monitor daily ad performance and adjust campaigns for best ROI
- Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports
- Create and test ad creatives, captions, and landing pages (in coordination with the design team)
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient spending
- Implement basic SEO tasks to improve campaign landing pages
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates
- Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
- Basic knowledge of SEO
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good understanding of marketing funnels and audience targeting
- Ability to work on multiple client accounts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
