Role PurposeThe Video Animator is responsible for creating engaging animated and video content that supports branding, marketing campaigns, and digital communication across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create 2D animations, motion graphics, and short videos for digital platforms</li><li>Animate logos, text, icons, and visual elements as per brand guidelines</li><li>Edit videos for social media, websites, presentations, and internal communication</li><li>Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams</li><li>Interpret storyboards and briefs into compelling animated outputs</li><li>Ensure consistency in motion style and visual identity</li><li>Manage multiple animation projects and meet delivery timelines</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience<ul><li>Degree / Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related field</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of relevant experience in animation or motion graphics</li><li>Strong portfolio of animation and video work</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in After Effects (mandatory)</li><li>Working knowledge of Premiere Pro or similar video editing tools</li><li>Basic understanding of Illustrator / Photoshop for asset preparation</li><li>Knowledge of frame rates, resolutions, codecs, and export standards</li></ul>Preferred / Value-Add Skills<ul><li>Experience with explainer videos or corporate branding videos</li><li>Basic 3D animation knowledge (Cinema 4D / Blender &ndash; optional)</li><li>Sound syncing and basic audio editing knowledge</li></ul>Behavioural Competencies<ul><li>Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling</li><li>Attention to detail and creative thinking</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team</li><li>Openness to feedback and iteration</li><li>Deadline-driven and accountable</li></ul>Role Positioning (Important)<ul><li>Execution-heavy role with creative interpretation, not art direction</li><li>Works under visual guidelines defined by Senior Visualizer / Art Director</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
