Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience while adhering to all safety and health regulations.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.</li><li>Assist in catering events when required, providing beverage service to guests in a professional manner.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods.</li><li>Stay informed about drink specials, menu changes, and new products to effectively communicate with customers.</li><li>Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred, particularly in fine dining establishments.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.</li><li>Proficiency in cash handling, including experience with cash registers or POS systems.</li><li>Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash management.</li><li>Knowledge of various drink recipes and bartending techniques is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience.</li></ul>Join our team as a Bartender where your skills will shine in creating delightful experiences for our guests!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Shift:<ul><li>Day shift</li><li>Night shift</li></ul>Work Location: In person
