This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality talents while working in a fast-paced, energetic setting that celebrates the art of fine dining and nightlife entertainment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional attitude</li><li>Take accurate drink and food orders using POS systems such as Square, ensuring timely delivery</li><li>Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and food items with precision, adhering to safety and sanitation standards</li><li>Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations, including bussing and resetting tables efficiently</li><li>Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately through POS systems like OpenTable or other restaurant software</li><li>Foster positive guest relations by providing attentive service, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife venues such as nightclubs or upscale bars</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems including Square for order processing and cashiering</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours</li><li>Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly rapport with guests</li><li>Previous experience in serving, bartending, or host/hostess required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy; culinary or kitchen experience is a plus for understanding food preparation processes</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence</li></ul>Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service in a lively environment.
