Process EngineerThe role involves installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of machines to ensure smooth operations, compliance with food safety standards, and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong process knowledge, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to work closely with customers in diverse environments.Key Responsibilities:&sect; Install, commission, and validate food &amp; dairy machinery (pasteurizers, homogenizers, and separators, knowledge of UHT systems and evaporators is an added advantage.&sect; Analyse machine performance and optimize processes for efficiency, product quality, and energy/resource savings.&sect; Provide technical support for new projects, modifications, and upgrades.&sect; Document site activities, service reports, and process improvement recommendations.&sect; Collaborate with internal teams (sales &amp; service) to provide customer feedback for product and process improvement.&sect; Travel frequently to customer sites for service and project support.Qualifications &amp; Skills:&sect; Education: B-tech or Bachelor&rsquo;s in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, or related field.&sect; Experience: 3&ndash;5 years of experience in dairy/food machinery installation, commissioning, or technical service.&sect; Hands-on knowledge of dairy &amp; food processing equipment and their operations.&sect; Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.&sect; Knowledge of process automation, PLC/SCADA systems is an advantage.&sect; Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently at client sites.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

The Role: We are seeking a seasoned Chartered Accountant for the role of Financial Controller. You will be responsible for designing and implementing financial policies and internal controls across our group of businesses in the retail, apparel, and fashion sectors.Qualifications:<ul><li>Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).</li><li>12-15 years of progressive post-qualification experience in a corporate environment.</li><li>A minimum of 7+ years in a Financial Controller, Head of Finance, or similar leadership role, with responsibility for a group of companies or multi-entity operations.</li><li>Proven, hands-on experience in designing and implementing Internal Control Procedures (ICPs).</li><li>SAP Savvy: Must be a proficient and experienced user of SAP ERP systems.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in group consolidations and statutory reporting.</li></ul>Desirable:<ul><li>Experience in the retail, apparel, fashion, or FMCG sectors.</li><li>Exposure to international/MNC reporting standards and environments.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse business units.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
