 Lead, inspire, and empower a team of 8 in a fast-paced, high-profile department store environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure flawless store operations, both front and back of house, maintaining exceptional standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive performance through KPI achievement, business insight, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Elevate the client experience through outstanding CRM, clienteling, and after-sales service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be a charismatic, hands-on leader, always present on the floor, motivating and supporting your team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bring an entrepreneurial approach, turning challenges into opportunities for growth and innovation.

 Your Profile:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5&ndash;6 years of management experience (Store Manager, Floor Manager, or Concession Manager) in Luxury retail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communicator with positive energy, adaptability, and genuine passion for people and fashion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in Turkish and English; a third language is a valuable plus.
 </li>
