 Responsibilities:

 <li>
 Create a personalized and friendly in-store experience for clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor the order lifecycle of customer orders. Communicate with our customers of any stock, payment, delivery queries
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with colleagues within e-commerce, retail and CRM in the management of all customer online shopping journeys
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive personal KPIs and increase sales opportunities
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Exhibit a strong passion for sales with a proven track record of reaching and exceeding targets
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ year of retail sales assistant experience is required
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English
 </li>
 </ul>
