Your Mission:

• Lead, inspire, and empower a team of 8 in a fast-paced, high-profile department store environment.
• Ensure flawless store operations, both front and back of house, maintaining exceptional standards.
• Drive performance through KPI achievement, business insight, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Elevate the client experience through outstanding CRM, clienteling, and after-sales service.
• Be a charismatic, hands-on leader, always present on the floor, motivating and supporting your team.
• Bring an entrepreneurial approach, turning challenges into opportunities for growth and innovation.

Your Profile:

• 5–6 years of management experience (Store Manager, Floor Manager, or Concession Manager) in Luxury retail.
• Strong communicator with positive energy, adaptability, and genuine passion for people and fashion.
• Fluent in Turkish and English; a third language is a valuable plus.
