Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Full ownership of project accounting and job costing</li><li>Monitor budget vs. actuals, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions</li><li>Track and report project-wise profitability and gross margins</li><li>Control inventory valuation, stock movement, and reconciliation</li><li>Manage subcontractor and supplier payments based on project milestones</li><li>Ensure accurate monthly closing and management reporting</li><li>Maintain strict control over cash flow and working capital</li><li>Ensure VAT/GST compliance and audit readiness</li><li>Strengthen internal financial controls and accountability systems</li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting or Finance.</li><li>Pursuing or completed professional certification ( CA &ndash; Inter / ACCA / CIMA) preferred.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in construction, fit-out, or project-driven trading companies.</li><li>Proven hands-on experience in project costing, margin analysis, and inventory control.</li><li>Strong understanding of inventory-heavy and project-based operations.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (Sage, First Bit, etc)</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaborate with project teams.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
