In this role, you will focus on automating deployments, managing cloud infrastructure, and maintaining containerized environments using self-managed Kubernetes and EKS. You will play a key role in accelerating our delivery pipelines and adopting next-generation, AI-driven development workflows utilizing toolsets like Claude Code and MCP servers to optimize operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Infrastructure as Code: Design, provision, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation.</li><li>Containerization &amp; Orchestration: Manage and scale containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and EKS.</li><li>CI/CD &amp; GitOps: Build and maintain automated deployment pipelines using Jenkins, Code Pipeline &amp; GitHub Actions and implement GitOps workflows via ArgoCD.</li><li>System Administration: Manage and optimize Linux-based environments, ensuring high availability and performance.</li><li>AI-Driven DevOps: Integrate and leverage N8N, Claude Code and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to automate routine tasks, analyze logs, and optimize developer workflows.</li><li>Database Support: Perform basic administration, querying, and maintenance on MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB databases.</li></ul>Technical Requirements<ul><li>Operating Systems: Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix administration.</li><li>Cloud Platform: 4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS core services (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, EKS, CloudFront, API Gateway, Lambda Functions, RDS, DynamoDB, Elasticache, CloudFormation).</li><li>Containers: Solid experience with Docker (writing Dockerfiles, image optimization) and Kubernetes (manifest management, troubleshooting pods).</li><li>CI/CD Tools: Proficient with Jenkins, GitHub Actions and ArgoCD for continuous integration and delivery.</li><li>Infrastructure as Code: Proven experience writing reusable modules in Terraform and CloudFormation templates.</li><li>AI Tooling: Hands-on exposure or strong interest in N8N, Claude Code and setting up/configuring MCP servers for automated workflows.</li><li>Databases: Basic knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB (user management, backups, simple querying).</li><li>Version Control: Strong proficiency with Git life cycle (branching, merging, pull requests).</li><li>Monitoring: Basic familiarity with cloud monitoring (e.g., AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).</li></ul>Soft Skills &amp; Attributes<ul><li>Problem-solving mindset with a bias toward automation</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication</li><li>Ownership and accountability over assigned systems</li><li>Collaborative team player comfortable in agile environments</li><li>Proactive learner with genuine curiosity about AI tooling</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Associate or DevOps Professional)</li><li>Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio)</li><li>Python scripting for automation tasks</li><li>Familiarity with FinOps practices and cost tagging</li><li>Prior contributions to open-source DevOps tooling</li></ul>Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Linux: 4 years (Preferred)</li><li>Docker, Kubernetes: 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB: 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 4 years (Preferred)</li><li>AWS: 4 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Noida)
