This role is ideal for someone experienced in on-page optimization, content writing &amp; blogging, guest posting, Google Business Profile management, and basic social media support.We strictly follow white-hat SEO strategies and do not engage in spammy link building or backlink farms.Key Responsibilities1) On-Page SEO &amp; Website Health<ul><li>Perform keyword research and content/topic planning</li><li>Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, and schema</li><li>Coordinate with developers to improve Core Web Vitals</li><li>Conduct competitor analysis using SEMrush</li><li>Run technical SEO audits (indexation, crawlability, redirects, etc.)</li></ul>2) Content, Blogging &amp; Guest Posting<ul><li>Write or collaborate on blogs, landing pages, FAQs, and website copy</li><li>Manage outreach for relevant, high-quality guest posting opportunities</li><li>Ensure content follows E-E-A-T principles (expertise, authority, credibility, proper citations)</li></ul>3) Google Business Profile (Local SEO)<ul><li>Optimize GBP listings including categories, services, posts, and reviews</li><li>Maintain NAP consistency across platforms</li><li>Manage local citations and improve local visibility</li></ul>4) Social Media &amp; Visual Support<ul><li>Create and publish SEO-supportive social media posts</li><li>Design simple creatives using Canva</li></ul>5) Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Track performance using GA4 and Google Search Console</li><li>Monitor keyword rankings, CTR, and organic traffic growth</li><li>Test SEO improvements and provide clear, actionable insights</li></ul>Requirements (2&ndash;3 Years Experience)<ul><li>Strong expertise in on-page SEO and content writing/blogging</li><li>Practical experience with SEMrush, GA4, and GSC</li><li>Guest posting and outreach experience</li><li>Basic knowledge of Canva</li><li>Understanding of Local SEO and Google Business Profile</li><li>Familiarity with WordPress</li><li>Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience creating SEO guidelines or playbooks</li><li>Understanding of structured data and schema</li><li>Experience supporting product or sales-focused content</li></ul>How to ApplySend your CV to gid@3dex.comJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
