Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Reservations Administrator to manage end-to-end booking operations for chauffeur services, hotel reservations, and travel-related requests. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between clients, drivers, vendors, and internal teams while maintaining high service standards.Key Responsibilities:Reservations &amp; Booking Management<ul><li>Handle chauffeur service bookings, airport transfers, hotel reservations, and tour requests</li><li>Confirm bookings, modify schedules, and manage cancellations efficiently</li><li>Ensure accuracy of booking details (date, time, pickup/drop, guest details)</li></ul>Client Coordination<ul><li>Communicate professionally with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email</li><li>Provide booking confirmations, driver details, and service updates</li><li>Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly</li></ul>Driver &amp; Operations Coordination<ul><li>Assign chauffeurs based on availability and service requirements</li><li>Share trip details and ensure timely driver reporting</li><li>Coordinate with drivers during live trips for smooth execution</li></ul>System &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Update bookings in internal systems / CRM / spreadsheets</li><li>Maintain accurate records of reservations, invoices, and payments</li><li>Assist in preparing daily and monthly booking reports</li></ul>Vendor &amp; Partner Liaison<ul><li>Coordinate with hotels, transport partners, and vendors</li><li>Ensure service quality and rate compliance</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferred but not mandatory)</li><li>1&ndash;3 years experience in reservations, travel desk, hotel front office, or transport operations</li><li>Strong communication skills in English (Malayalam/Hindi is an advantage)</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle time-sensitive bookings</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in chauffeur services, travel &amp; tourism, or hospitality industry</li><li>Familiarity with international bookings and airport operations</li><li>Basic understanding of invoicing and payment tracking</li></ul>Work Timings<ul><li>Shift-based (flexible hours may be required based on operations)</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Growth opportunities in a fast-scaling premium travel company</li><li>Hands-on exposure to luxury travel and international clients</li><li>Supportive and professional work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
