In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, manage guest relations, and coordinate with various departments to deliver seamless hospitality. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting and possess a passion for guest service, this opportunity is perfect for you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes, maintaining high standards of customer service.</li><li>Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, providing timely solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems and ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained at all times.</li><li>Oversee night audit procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.</li><li>Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly and effectively.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences using hotel management software.</li><li>Foster positive guest relations by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring all guests feel valued throughout their stay.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, ideally within a resort or similar setting.</li><li>Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and guest service protocols.</li><li>Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests.</li><li>Experience handling night audit procedures and managing front desk staff is preferred.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor.</li><li>Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, including guest relations, phone etiquette, and multi-line phone systems.</li><li>Previous hotel experience demonstrating leadership in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
