We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Hotel Front Desk Manager to lead our guest services team and ensure an exceptional experience for every visitor. Responsibilities

  • Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes, maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, providing timely solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems and ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained at all times.
  • Oversee night audit procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences using hotel management software.
  • Foster positive guest relations by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring all guests feel valued throughout their stay.

Experience

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, ideally within a resort or similar setting.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and guest service protocols.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
  • Experience handling night audit procedures and managing front desk staff is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, including guest relations, phone etiquette, and multi-line phone systems.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
