Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Office Supervisor to lead our front desk team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front office operations, manage guest relations, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your leadership will help create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Sheraton’s commitment to hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise front desk staff, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Oversee guest services, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction
  • Manage multi-line phone systems and ensure phone etiquette aligns with hotel standards
  • Conduct night audits to verify daily financial transactions and reports for accuracy
  • Support guest relations by handling special requests and ensuring memorable experiences for all visitors
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs efficiently
  • Train new team members on hotel management procedures, customer service protocols, and hospitality standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests
  • Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and front desk operations
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for handling guest inquiries via phone or in person
  • Previous experience working in a resort or large hotel setting is preferred
