Dispatch and Project Coordinator

Our busy local plumbing shop is looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures.

Office Manager responsibilities includes interacting with customers, scheduling service repair appointments, coordinating with crews in the field, invoicing work, and assisting in creating bids for work. Coordination with plumbers in the field is a daily task that requires creativity and sharp problem-solving skills.

Ultimately, the Office Manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

Responsibilities:
Serve as point of contact for the office
Scheduling and dispatching
Project Coordination

Requirements:
High level of customer service skills
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant
Knowledge of admin responsibilities and procedures
Knowledge of trades environment
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Independent worker
Well-honed written and verbal communication skills
High school degree or equivalent

Knowledge of Quick Books

Starting pay will be DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
