In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front office operations, manage guest relations, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your leadership will help create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Sheraton&rsquo;s commitment to hospitality excellence.Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise front desk staff, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor</li><li>Oversee guest services, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems and ensure phone etiquette aligns with hotel standards</li><li>Conduct night audits to verify daily financial transactions and reports for accuracy</li><li>Support guest relations by handling special requests and ensuring memorable experiences for all visitors</li><li>Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs efficiently</li><li>Train new team members on hotel management procedures, customer service protocols, and hospitality standards</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively</li><li>Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences</li><li>Knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and front desk operations</li><li>Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for handling guest inquiries via phone or in person</li><li>Previous experience working in a resort or large hotel setting is preferred</li></ul>Join us at Sheraton where your enthusiasm for hospitality can shine!
