What You’ll Do:

As our Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the friendly face our guests see at check-in, and the detail-oriented pro who ensures our accounting is accurate at night. Your role helps create memorable stays and keeps hotel operations running smoothly.

  • Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries

  • Process reservations, cancellations, and coordinate guest services across departments

  • Maximize room revenue through effective suggestive selling

  • Audit daily accounts ensuring accuracy in guest billing, city ledgers, and credit transactions

  • Verify end-of-day reports and work completed by other departments

  • Handle guest complaints professionally, ensuring quick and positive resolutions

  • Operate front office equipment including cash register, PBX phone system, and franchise terminals

  • Maintain an organized, welcoming, and clean front desk area

  • Participate in management-on-duty (MOD) rotation as scheduled

  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support hotel operations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of front desk or related hospitality experience, or equivalent transferable skills (sales, resort, marketing)

  • Familiarity or willingness to quickly learn Hilton franchise front desk standards and procedures

  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a pleasant, professional demeanor

  • Knowledge of accounting, auditing, and report preparation

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy shifts

  • Comfortable standing for long periods and able to lift up to 50 pounds when needed

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Hilton PEP System experience preferred but not required

Shift Schedule:

  • 5 Afternoon/Evening (PM) Shifts per week
    (Schedule flexibility is a plus)
