Administrative Assistant

Duties

  • Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth
  • Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital—ensuring quick retrieval of documents and records
  • Coordinate calendar management for executives or team members, scheduling appointments and meetings seamlessly
  • Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to assist with invoicing and expense tracking
  • Provide general office management support including proofreading documents, organizing supplies, and overseeing clerical tasks such as copying and scanning

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with a strong background in office management and customer service
  • Previous Autobody Office experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy
  • Personal assistant experience or familiarity with calendar management enhances your fit for this role
  • Previous experience with estimating software

Pay based off previous experience.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
