<Duties>
- Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence with precision through strong writing skills and thorough proofreading. Most templates will be provided.
- Manage legal case files and document review processes utilizing document management systems and electronic filing platforms.
- Support litigation activities by organizing case materials, tracking deadlines, and maintaining case calendars to ensure timely filings and responses.
- Conduct detailed document review and client intake for various practice areas.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy in legal databases while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide executive administrative support by scheduling meetings, coordinating interviews for paralegals or attorneys, managing phone etiquette standards, and assisting with general clerical duties such as filing and transcription.
- Contribute to project management efforts by coordinating tasks across multiple legal teams to meet deadlines efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
<Qualifications>
- Proven paralegal experience or legal administrative experience supporting diverse practice areas is a strong plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence with clarity and professionalism.
- Experience in document review, proofreading, transcription and data entry ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for interacting with clients or external partners.
