Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of food and beverage service, and experience working in fast-paced environments. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Candidates should be familiar with POS systems, demonstrate effective time management, and uphold high standards of food safety and responsible alcohol service.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining quality standards</li><li>Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience</li><li>Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations</li><li>Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth operations</li><li>Uphold responsible alcohol service policies, including checking IDs and recognizing intoxication signs</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods</li><li>Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards within the food industry</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred</li><li>Knowledge of POS systems is highly desirable</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate measurement of ingredients</li><li>Familiarity with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including nights; experience in banquet or catering settings is advantageous</li><li>Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude</li></ul>Join our team as a Bartender where your expertise will contribute to creating an exceptional guest experience in a lively hospitality environment.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $22.05 - $26.56 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: In person
