Job Title:HR Executive / Manager &ndash; Industrial RelationsLocation: Head Office Delhi Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Head / Plant HeadJob Summary:We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR &ndash; Industrial Relations (IR) professional to join our team in a manufacturing environment committed to sustainable practices (Recycle, Reuse, Reduce). The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining harmonious industrial relations, ensuring legal compliance, engaging with trade unions/workers, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture aligned with sustainability values.Key Responsibilities:1. Industrial Relations Management<ul><li>Develop and maintain healthy industrial relations at the plant level.</li><li>Act as the primary liaison between management and labour unions/trade unions.</li><li>Handle disciplinary procedures, grievance redressal, and employee disputes effectively.</li><li>Prevent and manage potential labour unrest through proactive communication and negotiation.</li></ul>2. Compliance and Legal Affairs<ul><li>Ensure adherence to all labour laws and statutory requirements (Factories Act, ID Act, ESI, PF, etc.).</li><li>Maintain up-to-date labour law records and ensure timely submissions to authorities.</li><li>Coordinate with legal consultants for labour-related issues and represent the company in labour court if necessary.</li></ul>3. Union Negotiations &amp; Settlements<ul><li>Lead collective bargaining and wage settlement negotiations.</li><li>Draft long-term settlements, agreements, and memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with unions.</li><li>Conduct periodic engagement with worker representatives to maintain trust and transparency.</li></ul>4. Policy Implementation &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies related to IR, workplace conduct, and compliance.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of disciplinary actions, warnings, investigations, and resolutions.</li></ul>5. Workforce Engagement and Communication<ul><li>Promote a culture of open communication, feedback, and trust between workers and management.</li><li>Organize worker education sessions around safety, sustainability, and the 3Rs philosophy.</li><li>Facilitate employee welfare activities to improve morale and reduce attrition.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s / Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Law, or Industrial Relations.</li><li>5+ years of experience in HR/IR in a manufacturing or recycling-focused industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and IR best practices.</li><li>Experience in union handling and collective bargaining is essential.</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>Labour Law &amp; Compliance</li><li>Grievance Handling</li><li>Communication &amp; Interpersonal Skills</li><li>Documentation &amp; Policy Writing</li><li>Sustainability Awareness (3Rs)</li></ul>Desirable:<ul><li>Experience working in industries promoting circular economy, environmental sustainability, or green manufacturing.</li><li>Understanding of ISO standards (ISO 14001, 45001) and EHS regulations.</li></ul>Employment Type:Full-Time | On-siteJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,003.27 - &#8377;50,160.88 per month
